Perhaps this will be able to help him get back on his track -- Justin Bieber is now named as the new face of Adidas NEO for the Spring/Summer advertising campaign.

Promoting the latest range as "shoes and clothes for living in the now and making the most of every minute," the Adidas executives have selected both Bieber and his on-and-off girlfriend Selena Gomez as "global style icon ambassadors."

On the campaign shoot, the 20-year-old singer is seen confidently striking a wide variety of poses, while sporting the NEO line-up, as well as smiling and grimacing posing with a white Gibson Les Paul guitar.

In addition, by going on the official website starting from March 19, fans are being offered the chance to mix a short film for the new advertisement, which will feature a track from Justin Bieber's latest album. The competition is stated to run for two weeks.

"We're turning the tables with Adidas NEO label, giving my fans the chance to get creative and show me how they'd mix the video for 'Swap It Out,'" said the Canadian singer. "A video has never been made for this track so I can't wait to see where my fans will take it and to choose my favorite."

"NEO encourages teens to experiment with their style, and now we're bringing music into the mix," the label's vice president Claire Midwood added. "For the very first time, the NEO Bieber Mix Challenge will allow fans to take control and set the newest NEO looks to Justin Bieber's music."
