Congratulations are in order for former "Basketball Wife" Evelyn Lozada and her husband, baseball player Carl Crawford, who have just welcomed a healthy baby boy!

According to ABC News, the couple's baby boy was born on Saturday. According to her representative, the child's name is Carl Leo Crawford. "Carl named the baby. Carl was born in August and is a Leo. He wanted his son to have every aspect of him!" confirmed the representative.

The baby weighed in at a very healthy 8 lbs., and measured 22 inches long. He was born at 3:55 a.m. PST on Saturday.

According to Bonnie Fuller's Hollywood Life, the baby comes shortly after an extravagent baby shower on Feb. 8 that featured Evelyn in a floor-length white gown, dancing to Beyoncé, and loads of gifts for the baby!

Lozada was born in Brooklyn and raised in The Bronx. She is of Puerto Rican ancestry and was raised by her mother. She moved to Miami in 2007. She worked as a secretary to an entertainment attorney, and later became co-owner of Dulce, a shoe boutique located in Coral Gables, Fla. Lozada stars in Basketball Wives, a reality series that follows the wives, ex-wives, and girlfriends of professional basketball players, on VH1. Lozada and her brand strategist, Courtney Parker, wrote the 2012 novel Inner Circle about a woman who marries a football star and then forms a group of other sports wives.

But of course, Evelyn is best known for her infamous personal life: Lozada was engaged to NBA star Antoine Walker, with whom she had a 10-year relationship. On July 4, 2012, she married NFL star Chad Johnson (whose name was Chad Ochocinco at that time) in Saint Martin, whom she had been courting and whose courtship was shown on Basketball Wives. The couple divorced on Sept. 19, 2012. In December 2013, Lozada announced that she was engaged to Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford.

This is Lozada's second child and Crawford's first; Lozada has an adult daughter, Shaniece, from a previous relationship she had when she was a teenager.
