"Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson flips her Beverly Hills home on the market.

Benson, 25, has just offered back her Los Angeles house for $4.4 million, Variety reported. A separate article of the real estate site noted that the Anaheim, California native has paid $4.15 million for it in October via a trust. Nourmand & Associates served as the representative of the seller for the transaction.

Now, it appears that she is ready to let it go after just a month of ownership.

The next owners will surely gain a lovely home with so many interesting features.

The California property covers a 6,131-square-foot living space. It displays four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The next residents can relax in a spacious master bedroom with high ceilings. Aside from an airy ambiance, the bedroom is also equipped with a gas fireplace, a walk-in closet and a private balcony. It also comes with a lavish bathroom that has a spa-like shower and a "jetted soaking tub."

Other living areas contained in the Beverly Hills estate are a foyer, a living room, a family room, a dining room, a kitchen and a media room.

Intricate accents, decors and design highlight the mansion like formal themes, expansive living areas, hardwood flooring, a wrought-iron accented staircase, French doors, columns and a Juliet balcony.

A swimming pool and a lawn complete the grounds.

Photos of the home are available on Trulia. The site noted that the same home also once belonged to the popular singer Kylie Minogue in 2000. The singer reportedly sold it a year after.

Some teasers about her show

In a recent interview on MTV, the "Pretty Litle Liars" cast dropped spoilers for their show's sixth season. The celebrities said that fans will expect a more terrifying round this time as a new villainous man is set to make their characters' lives very difficult.

"The situations are more life or death, so it's not just all dolls and games. There's none of that stuff. It's definitely not fun and games --he's not trying to play with them. He threatens them," Benson said.

"It's definitely life or death, and it's smarter and edgier and deadlier. The stakes are definitely a lot higher. It's not 'I'm going to expose your secrets.'It's 'I'm going to kill you if you don't give me what I want'," Lucy Hale added.

Basing on the girls' teasers, the new guy is really scary. Can they handle their challenges well next season?
