"Toy Story 4" voice actor Tim Allen offers his charming Bel-Air home on the market.

Allen, the Golden Globe Awards winner, has listed his posh Los Angeles property for $1.95 million, Realtor.com reported. The comedian tasked Don Bozick of Nourmand & Realtors firm - Beverly Hills to handle the listing for the said house.

Its listing described it as a "stunning retreat with lush, green views in a serene setting." The 2,604-square-foot ranch home displays three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a family room and a modern kitchen.

Notable interior features include an open floor plan that creates an airy ambiance. There are also spanning glass panels that allow ample natural light, French doors, stone flooring and other elegant furnishings.

Outdoors, several amenities like a dining area, a lounge, a fire pit and a shower make it a suitable place for entertaining guests.

Anticipating "Toy Story 4"

Allen obviously loves being part of the "Toy Story" movie franchise. However, he only has one request, which is to have more speaking lines for his beloved character, Buzz Lightyear, who is the best friend of Tom Hanks' character, Woody, the cowboy. It is not clear though if this November 2014 statement on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" was delivered in half jest as Allen is indeed a great comedian.

Yet, it will be interesting for writers to come up with more captivating lines for him, especially that his "To infinity and beyond" quote is too unforgettable.

Variety noted in November 2014 that producers just could not stop at "Toy Story 3" as they loved the characters deeply and they planned to air the fourth installment in June 2017, citing Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios and DisneyToon Studios Chief Creative Officer John Lasseter

"We love these characters so much; they are like family to us. We don't want to do anything with them unless it lives up to or surpasses what's gone before. 'Toy Story 3' ended Woody and Buzz's story with Andy so perfectly that for a long time, we never even talked about doing another 'Toy Story' movie. But when Andrew, Pete, Lee and I came up with this new idea, I just could not stop thinking about it. It was so exciting to me, I knew we had to make this movie -- and I wanted to direct it myself," Lasseter said in a statement.

In October 2015, Pixar announced it will be slated for release in 2018 instead of June 2017, USA Today reported. "Cars 3" will fill in the 2017 slot, noted the site.
