The "Heroes Reborn" fall finale aired last Thursday, and NBC has released a teaser for the season's last three episodes in January.

In the trailer, time turner Tommy (Robbie Kay) is determined to travel into the past to save his grandfather, Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman).

"I can save him," Tommy says in the promo. "I know the exact point in time to go back and change it all."

Of course, Erica Kravid (Rya Kihlstedt) is not enthusiastic about the idea, warning Tommy that his actions may alter the timeline in such a way that they would cease to exist.

Although Renautas attempts to stop the young Evo by force, it's unlikely they were successful, as Tommy appears strapped into the time machine at the end of the trailer.

In other news, Masi Oka sat down with the Los Angeles Times to discuss the fate of beloved character, Hiro Nakamura.

Last time we saw Hiro, he was without his powers (courtesy of his adopted son, Tommy) and about to face off with a group of armed Renautas agents wielding nothing but his iconic katana blades.

Oka expressed how he would personally want the iconic character's story to end.

"The way I always wanted Hiro to end his story was to be in an infinite time loop with Charlie [Hiro's love interest from Season 1, played by Jayma Mays.] That's the way I would've loved to see him [go out]," said Oka.

Oka also said he was incredibly excited when he got the call from Tim Kring to return in the new miniseries.

"First of all, it was my first big break, and it's a character I loved to play," Oka said.

"It was fun to play, and it was also such a positive character. The fans also really enjoyed him. It's an opportunity for me to give back to the fans and NBC and say thank you for the opportunity. Also, to pass the torch to the next generation of 'Heroes' so that they can be successful. We want it to continue on and make a difference in the world."

Heroes Reborn will return Thursday, January 7 at 8 p.m. on NBC. Check out the trailer below!
