Not everyone fell in love with the Apple Watch when they purchased it. Some Apple Watch owners reported that the smartwatch is not exactly worth the high price tag.

The Apple Watch does not have a perfect customer satisfaction rating, CNet reports. In order to see what dissatisfied owners did not like about the smartwatch, research firm Wristly performed a survey.

Wristly contacted 330 Apple Watch owners in North America, Europe and other regions who said they were dissatisfied with their device.

Of those surveyed, nine out of 10 respondents simply said that they did not think the watch should start at $349 and that it lacks value for the price.

Other respondents explained further why they did not like the device. Some 80 percent of those surveyed said that the Apple Watch lacked features. A smaller amount of those surveyed said the Apple Watch was too slow or that it had a battery that does not last long enough. Finally, some others surveyed said that they found it annoying that in order to see the time on the Apple Watch, they have to tilt the device.

Despite some complaints, Apple has sold an estimated 7 million Apple Watch units since the device came out in April. The amount of Apple Watch units sold easily beats Apple's competitors, but Apple's big sales come from the iPhone. Apple faces competition from Samsung, LG, Motorola and others in the smartwatch market.

Those who were unhappy with their Apple Watch devices stopped wearing them quickly, according to the survey. Seventeen percent stopped wearing it after a few days, while 28 percent stopped wearing it within two weeks. Owners did not get rid of their devices even though they stopped wearing them, though.

Just 18 percent of Apple Watch owners and 24 percent of Apple Watch Sport owners sold their devices. A small amount of Apple Watch owners ended up returning their devices. Most people who were dissatisfied with their Apple Watch devices ended up putting them in a drawer, saying they would try them again at another point.

Even though they were dissatisfied with the Apple Watch, 30 percent of the respondents said they still wear the device at a near regular rate. About half of the respondents said they would consider Apple's next smartwatch.

The suggestions for the next Apple Watch, according to the survey, included a slimmer design, longer battery life, cheaper price, smaller size, faster performance, more watch faces and an always-on display.
