Ellis Stevens is said to be devastated after learning about his ex-girlfriend Louisa Johnson's relationship with another man.

The 2015 "X-Factor UK" winner has reportedly admitted to being in a relationship with her new boyfriend Daniel Elliott, before she auditioned for the show in August. However, Stevens revealed he and Johnson have also been dating then and only broke up recently because Johnson wanted to concentrate on her career as a singer.

Stevens told The Sun in an exclusive interview that he and Johnson only split in October after she expressed her intention to focus on the "X-Factor UK."

Stevens, a part-time stockbrocker, told the publication that he's been dating the 17-year-old for over a year and is close friends with her dad and her family. However, hearing about Johnson's admission about seeing a new man, now identified as Elliot, has surprised him.

"I saw what she said about that and was shocked. I went to some X Factor shows and supported her early on but don't know what's going on now. She told me she was misquoted but I now see she's with some other guy so I don't know what happened," he said.

According to The Sun in a previous report, Johnson had revealed that she has a boyfriend who "is not in the industry." At that time she didn't divulge the name of her new boyfriend.

However, a source told the Sun that she's been seeing the Essex recruitment worker since her split from Stevens. He was reportedly even there to support her during the "X-Factor UK" final on Sunday. The pair was very cozy with each other after the show, with an eyewitness claiming Johnson even kissed Elliott on the lips.

"Their relationship is still in its early stages and given how dedicated Louisa has been to X Factor over the past few weeks, it's yet to fully flourish. It will be interesting to see how long it will last, as music will be her No1 priority for some time to come," the source said.

As for Stevens, he later posted a message on his Instagram about not believing any stories about Johnson that supposedly came from him. He insisted that he has not spoken up about the "X-Factor UK" winner although he was offered money to do so.

"Heads up to everyone, there will be a few stories coming out in the papers tomorrow, and would like to say I have not spoken a word. Please do not believe it. I think in total I have been offered around 30,000-40,000 for stories and pictures but it still won't make me say anything because I'm not that type of person to be messing with mine and others lives (sic)," Stevens wrote on his Instagram.
