If you are into fast cars and fancy rides, the Bugatti Chiron is about to make its official debut and it's making waves in the automotive industry all throughout the world.

According to The Villages Sun Times, the Chiron will make its official unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016. A Czech magazine is also boasting that it has the specifications for the incoming Bugatti car, which it got from a customer who stated that he got to see the details, which the Italian-car maker presented to them.

As noted, the Bugatti Chiron will be packed with a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 of the Veyron, which is paired with some form of electric assistance.

Moreover, the engine will reportedly launch the car from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 2.2 seconds and will continue to a top speed of 290 miles per hour.

In a similar report by Press Telegraph, the Chiron will possess a staggering 1,500 horsepower and about 1,107 pound-feet of torque. The supercar's lightning speed is achieved due to the fact that it's built using lightweight materials such as carbon fiber.

Bugatti hopes that the car will reclaim the "World's Fastest" title for the brand in addition to casting a huge shadow to its rivals.

With legendary performance, comes a legendary price tag as the Chiron is reported to carry a base price of $2.2 million, with Bugatti planning to produce only 100 units per year, so expect the prices to go even higher.

If you are wondering what "Chiron" means, it is named after Louis Chiron, a legendary racing driver who won almost all major grand prix for the brand in the 1920s and 1930s. Furthermore, as a testament to the brand's success, Bugatti claimed that it even already received 130 orders for its upcoming supercar.

In a similar report by Automobile Mag, Bugatti also posted a video on their official YouTube channel to signal the arrival of its supercar. The problem is, the clip called "Breaking New Dimensions" does not show even a mere glimpse of the vehicle.

Instead, it shows scenes such as a fighter pilot pulling extreme G forces, a skydiver gilding down from a high altitude, an astronaut space walking, volcanoes exploding, and divers swimming with sharks. Although all of them looks quite exciting -- none of them feature the Bugatti Chiron.

But although the car company has yet to officially reveal the design, there are reports saying that its exterior is inspired by the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo Concept.

Check out the trailer below and maybe you can make something out of it.
