After surviving the lies and deception in "Younger" Season 1, Sutton Foster is back for the series' second season. Foster plays the role of 40-year-old Liza who's pretending to be a 26-year-old assistant. And this season is getting more interesting as Liza has to put her best efforts to keep her separate worlds from crashing into each other, especially now that her hot young boyfriend Josh (Nico Tortorella) knows the truth about her age.

In the premiere episodes of "Younger" Season 2, fans saw Liza, along with her friend Maggie (Debi Mazar), picked up her daughter Caitlyn (Tessa Albertson) at the airport. While Liza tried to focus on her daughter being at home, her relationship with Josh seemed to create some tension, making Caitlin decide to live with her dad instead, Fansided noted.

As Liza keeps up with the charade in "Younger" Season 2, here are 5 reasons why fans should watch TV Land's comedy-drama series.

1. Diana (Miriam Shor) will seduce Charles (Peter Hermann)

Known to be Liza's uptight, ambitious and fashionable boss, fans should watch out as Diana tries to seduce Charles in the most unsubtle way so they can become "the ultimate power couple," Entertainment Weekly revealed. Unfortunately, Diana's attempts will completely backfire, which is definitely a must-watch.

2. Matthew Morrison and the kiss

There are a lot of interesting twists in the latest "Younger" Season 2 sneak peek posted on the series' Facebook page. But fans should watch Morrison's guest appearance. While his character is still unknown, the kissing scene between him and Liza is surely an attention-grabbing mystery.

3. Josh and Liza's relationship drama

Despite knowing Liza's secret, Josh will be having doubts about their relationship.

"He has been trying to deal with the fact that she's still lying to everybody else," Tortorella told Parade. "And I think for Josh - who has lived this very authentic life - he's really struggling to figure out what this relationship means to him."

4. The rise of Liza and Charles' love affair

Since things are still awkward between Liza and Josh, the couple's doubts about their relationship might push the possibility of Charles, who appears to get more smitten with Liza every time they interact, entering the picture. Thus, the inevitable love triangle between Liza, Josh and Charles might finally transpire.

5. Kelsey's (Hilary Duff) promotion

Based on the article published by International Business Times, Kelsey's new responsibilities will make her even more attached to Liza. However, her trust makes Liza feels guiltier.

"Kelsey gets a promotion and basically asks Liza to be her right-hand man," Foster told TV Guide. "They get even closer. I feel that they confide in each other more and more and more. She's the one person that Liza feels the most guilt about keeping all of this from. It's the one that tears her up the most."

Meanwhile, Liza and Kelsey will launch a new imprint while they face online criticism in "Younger" Season 2 Episode 3 titled, "Like a Boss," as per TV Guide. The upcoming episode of the series premieres on Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 10 p.m. ET on TV Land. For free online stream link, click here.
