On tonight's "Vanderpump Rules," Tom Schwartz has to face his boss Lisa Vanderpump after he decided to back out from his job at the sangria line project. Kristen Doute also belatedly announced that she was axed from the PUMP restaurant.

Additionally, Bravo TV summarized the Feb. 15 broadcast of episode 16 entitled "Bitch Ghost" as: "Stassi runs into her old SUR crew at Lala's house party, Scheana must finally answer for her part in Stassi's sex tape scandal. A humiliated Jax brags about his girlfriend's breast enhancement and tries to assert his social dominance, but his friends are not impressed."

In the preview, Schwartz went to see Lisa to tell her about his decision to let go of his job at the Sangria line of the restaurants. The bartender explained to his boss the reason for quitting are his modeling gigs.

"I feel like s**t about this to be honest. However, the reason I backed out I thought to myself, hypothetically, if I did book a job, but also I had a date booked with Pandora and Jason, I would chose the job," he said.

Obviously disappointed with his decision, Lisa told him to straighten up and he should learn to honor his commitments especially now that he is getting married. The outspoken restaurateur reminded him that his fear of commitment will be a big issue when he ties the knot soon.

"This is the second time you've wimped out, just like a big, bloody, wussy pussy. You are now entering a phase of your life where you've asked Katie to marry you, so you've got to follow through with the rest of your life with commitment," Lisa said.

On a separate interview with The Daily Dish, Schwartz also revealed why he wanted to focus more on his modeling saying, "Well, believe it or not, I had a game plan before I came here and part of that game plan included doing print work, commercials, and then eventually the idea, the goal, the dream was to transition into acting."

Then again, despite being confident with his modeling, it seems that his fiancee Katie Maloney was not happy with his resignation at the Sangria line. Maloney was the one who pushed him to get a job at the restaurants because she wanted him to do something more stable than modeling.

Katie will learn about Tom's decision to quit his job and she was not thrilled. She will confront him about this and what will happen next is something to anticipate in tonight's episode.

Meanwhile, on Feb. 9, Kristen Doute tweeted that she was kicked out from the PUMP restaurant. She initially kept quiet about the incident but opened up why she was fired by Lisa.

"Lisa told me I'm not welcome at Pump anymore after sloppy, drunk James got in my/Carter's face. I was there to do something for #WWHL," Doute wrote on Twitter.

Kristen disclosed that she was on #WWLH when her ex-bf James Kennedy arrived drunk. Her work was interrupted after Kennedy grabbed her while on set. Doute claimed that Lisa took Kennedy's side and blamed her for the incident that's why she was dismissed.
