"Scream Queens" is returning to Fox in the fall for a second season where Colton Haynes will make a guest star appearance.

A second season is renewed after fans fell in love with the sorority girls and their grimy secrets last year.

Entertainment Weekly reveals that the top Kappa Kappa Tau sorority sisters, the Chanels - Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts), Chanel #3 (Billie Lourd), and Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) - are working at a hospital next season. Will they find mysterious dead bodies around the hospital?

Or will the serial killer choose dying hospital patients as its new victims in order to eliminate speculation about the bodies piling up?

John Stamos and Taylor Lautner will play doctors at the hospital, and Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) owns the place.

Another guest star, Cecily Strong, will join the show as one of the patients in the hospital.

"Scream Queens" cast members revealed some spoilers for the next season at Friday's Comic-Com. The Chanels, Stamos and Lautner were joined by KKT girls Zayday (Keke Palmer), Hester (Lea Michele) and the show's executive producer Ian Brennan.

The second season will not only take place in a hospital, but it is three years into the future where the girls are all grown up and working in what used to be an asylum.

Dean Munsch buys the hospital as part of a new movement called new-new feminism but she never reveals her true reasoning for purchasing the place. Does she have more to do with the killings last season than we think?

Brennan tells TVLine that the Chanels are "down and out" at the start of the season.

"They've fallen from glamour, but they're trying to hold onto it as much as they can," Roberts says. "It's funny seeing them try to hold onto their style when they have no money."

The Chanels want to keep up with the Joneses so much so that they wear fur stethoscopes for that chic look.

Meanwhile, Hester is not in the hospital with the rest of the girls but she will appear in the second season.

"I'm very happy I'm not with these guys in the hospital, but we do have scenes together. My costume is very comfortable, and I have a fun new accessory to play with," Michele says of her character.

Meanwhile, Zayday is willing to help Dean Munsch as much as she can since she gave the med student a job.

The new season of "Scream Queens" premieres on Fox on Tuesday Sept. 20, 2016 at 9 p.m. EST
