In “Modern Family” Season 8, Haley Dunphy (Sarah Hyland) will start a new career as an entrepreneur, a big step from getting kicked out of college last season. Will she take her fashion blog to the next level?

Alex Dunphy (Ariel Winter) is still struggling at Caltech. Will she get a new boyfriend soon? It would be nice to see her pair up with one of the “cool guys.”

Gloria Delgado-Pritchett (Sofia Vergara) will see some success in her new hot sauce business. Will she become a successful business woman, forming a power struggle between her and Jay Pritchett (Ed O’Neill)? You know he likes to be the boss of everyone!

Meanwhile, Lily Tucker-Pritchett (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) will go through her struggles of becoming a teenager. Will Mitchell Pritchett (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron Tucker (Eric Stonestreet) deal with boys and bratty teenage girl drama?

Vergara is making big bucks as the hot young wife in “Modern Family,” racking in a total of $44 million. The Colombian actress is the highest paid talent on TV. This is the fifth year that Vergara topped the Forbes World’s Highest-Paid TV Actresses list.

Julie Bowen

Bowen, who plays Claire Dunphy in “Modern Family,” recently signed on with ICM Partners like her co-stars Burrell and Ferguson. This comes at a time when the hit series may be entering its final season.

Bowen has won two Emmy Awards and six nominations for her role in “Modern Family” and is No. 10 on Forbes’ list.

Rico Rodriguez

Manny Delgado in “Modern Family,” is Rico Rodriguez in real life, and the child star’s family helps him to remember that.

“They really kept a solid ground underneath me and they kept me down to Earth. When [I’m] acting, I’m putting on a character, but when I’m home I’m Rico,” Rodriguez tells ABC News. “Rico that still has to take out the trash, do my chores around the house and then do schooling.”
