In just a couple of days from now, Lenovo is set to launch its new smartphone under ZUK sub-brand in China. The smartphone dubbed as ZUK Edge and is similar to the recently released, Nubia Z11. Lenovo moved the release date (December 7)  of the phablet drastically on December 20.

A new leaked image of the Lenovo ZUK Edge will come with a larger display and with very thin bezels on the bottom and top. Rumors at rife stating that the purported smartphone will still feature a home button and would double up as a fingerprint sensor in the front. The rumored design of the phablet will feature more likely the Samsung Galaxy S7, an edge-like-dual curved display.

But later, according to the report of BGR, on was hinted that the design will be bezel-less design. The smartphone will sport a white color with a little combination of gold and will also feature and be sporting a glass back. But contrary again to the newest design, the phone didn't feature any gold rims but sure the white color is both in the front and rear. The Bezels are also at their thinnest. The phablet has an expected weight 160 grams and 7.68mm at its thickest.

The rumored specification of ZUK Edge could come with 5.5-inch full HD Display and loyal costumers may expect a Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor that is clocked at 2.35 GHz and maybe paired with Adreno 530 GPU. There are rumors speculating that the smartphone may feature a 6GB of RAM while others hinted at just 4GB of RAM and an internal storage of 64GB that is unlikely to be expandable, India Today in Tech has reported.  

For the most awaited photography feature of the smartphone, others speculate that it would come with a 13-megapizxel rear camera with a LED flash along with a front camera of 8-megapixel that is perfect for selfies. ZUK might feature the newest Android 7.0 Nougat and expected to have a battery life span of 3,000mAh. Though it is still unclear if the phone will be supported with fast charging capabilities.

The availability of the smartphone may expect to be in the global markets in the first 3 months next year of 2017 after the first release in China.
