The upcoming episode of "NCIS" Season 14 will finally unveil Qasim's killer. Plus, the official plot description and promo clip of episode 16 "A Many Splendored Thing" is here.

According to Buddy TV, the next episode serves as a continuation of the case involving a businessman who has plans to take over the world's stock market. It was shown that Bishop lost someone important to her in the episode titled "Willoughby." Her boyfriend, translator Qasim, was gunned down while trying to break into the criminal's secret records. Bishop was with him when it happened.

Bishop wants justice for Qasim and is prepared to do everything to take down the culprit. A new lead will surface that will hopefully point the NCIS to where the businessman is hiding. Gibbs and the others will do their best to solve the case, but they are also worried about Bishop.

Because she is blinded with her determination to seek revenge, Bishop may inadvertently put herself in danger. Special Agent Gibbs do not want to lose another agent. He came close to losing Abby (Pauley Perrette) in the last episode, when she and her friends were almost arrested for bomb possession.

As for the official plot synopsis of episode 16, Spoilers Guide notes, "Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the NCIS team find a new lead in the Chen case, and bishop is determined to get revenge from Qasim Naasir's (Rafi Silver) murder.

Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham) is more determined than ever to seek revenge for the murder of Qasim, her late boyfriend, after Gibbs and the team find a new lead in the Davey Chen case. Also, Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) teaches the agents the art of pickpocketing."

As seen in the latest episode, "NCIS" did another crossover with its spinoff series, "NCIS: New Orleans." TV Guide recaps, Abby took the fall for a terrorist plot, which sent the entire team to different corners of the US just to hunt down the real suspect.

"NCIS" Season 14 episode 16 is titled as "A Many Splendored Thing". The upcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at 8:00 p.m. EST first and exclusive on CBS Television Network.
