V. Stiviano has filed new legal documents that reveal more about the nature of her relationship with Donald Sterling.

Stiviano, who was dating Sterling, has responded to allegations made by Shelly Sterling that say that Donald gave her cars and property that weren't his to give. According to TMZ, the legal documents say that Stiviano was given these items because she had to pretend to be his girlfriend. Stiviano believes he is gay.

Stiviano is suing the Sterlings for defamation. She is demanding for at least $10 million because she feels she has been slandered by being called a thief and an embezzler.

She also asserted that Shelly knew about the arrangement.

Stiviano said she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling." She added that he "is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts or sexual congress with males."

The property Stiviano received were Donald's own property, according to Stiviano.

The documents say that Shelly "was acutely aware of [Donald's] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano]."

The New York Post reported in May that Sterling called Stiviano an "animal" in bed.

"So why did I do it? Because I'm 80 years old. I am an 80-year-old man and tried to make it with a girl. I did it before. It wasn't easy. ... She has a fabulous body and loves to have sex," he said.

Sterling has also called out Stiviano, saying that she is "discriminatory" and hates being part black. He accused her of bleaching her skin and said that she would never date a black man.

"She tried so hard to make her skin white," Sterling said. "She did it every night -- her feet and her hands. She asked me, 'Did I like black skin?' I really didn't think about the color of her skin."
