The "Bachelor in Paradise" two-hour season finale aired yesterday, Sept. 8, and the show was filled with surprises.

Host Chris Harrison said last week that everything that was known about the show was no longer true. He said that there would be no more rose ceremonies and no new arrivals or date cards either.

He revealed that the finale would include all the relationships between the six remaining couples.

According to Us Weekly, some of the couples did not even last the full hour of the two-hour season finale and there were many revelations during the show. The morning after the final rose ceremony, everyone was uneasy about the changes that the host, Harrison, revealed the night before.

Their uneasiness was not unfounded because Chris gave them an ultimatum to commit to a real relationship or leave.

Christy and Tasos only had one date so their relationship was not that deep yet. The two had decided that there was not enough happening between them so they agreed to split up.

The situation was almost the same for Jackie and Zack. They only had one date as well and Jackie was not that inspired by her relationship with Zack. Although Zack wanted to stay on the show and try to get to know her better, he respected her decision to leave the show early.

AshLee felt that her relationship with Graham was doing great, but Graham's BFF Michelle disagreed and she had no qualms about telling Graham in their private heart-to-heart talk. Although it wasn't easy for him to hear, Graham realized that there was truth to what Michelle was saying and decided to initiate the breakup with AshLee. While she tried to convince Graham about how she felt for him, he said that they did not have what it took to keep the relationship going. He admitted that he felt sadness instead of relief.

The relationship between Sarah and Robert was doing great, but despite both agreeing that they were ready for the next step, the two had different ideas. Sarah felt that Robert ignored her during their night in the Fantasy Suite, and so they split up as well.

On the bright side, Michelle and Cody are still together and Lacy and Marcus are engaged.
