It was announced by Il Divo last February that they were honored to have Lea Salonga join them on three legs of their "A Musical Affair" World Tour.

Il Divo's World Tour started in Japan in February and will end on Nov. 1 at the O2 Arena in London. Salonga joined Il Divo in the European leg of their world tour in September.

It has been 22 years since the Disney animated movie "Aladdin" was released. While actress Linda Larkin gave Princess Jasmine her voice, Filipina singer and Tony Award winner Lea Salonga provided the singing voice. Her beautiful rendition of "A Whole New World" endeared the animated film to millions of viewers and the song has already become an immortal classic.

According to Huffington Post, a video of Lea Salonga singing "A Whole New World" with Il Divo was posted in April on YouTube. The video immediately went viral, with viewers commenting that it gave them a beautiful flashback of their youth; of feeling the same wonderful emotions they felt when they watched the animated film for the first time.

Pretty soon people were also looking up the old clips from the original film where Lea Salonga sang the film's soundtrack. They were happy to note that her delivery now is just as beautiful as the original. They also noted that there is maturity in her voice, but she still sounds the same.

In the video, Salonga was shown wearing a black gown standing in the middle of the stage, flanked by the members of Il Divo. David Miller, Carlos Marin, Sebastien Izambard and Urs Buhler took turns singing the male part of the song.

Lea Salonga also sang the piece last November in New York City's Marie's Crisis, doing an impromptu duet with Darren Criss from "Glee." In the animated film, she sang the duet with Brad Kane.

There was also a video of Salonga performing the same song when she held a concert in Utah and sang a duet with the then aspiring Jared Young, who managed to impress Salonga. The video was three years old and resurfaced last August and again went viral immediately.
