Just a few days after calling her failed marriage with Dennis Rodman "the worst," Carmen Electra was ambushed by the former NBA star at a "Fright Night" party she was hosting in Boca Raton, Florida, TMZ reports.

After discovering that her ex-husband -- whom she married in 1998 and later divorced -- showed up unannounced at the party she was hosting, Electra allegedly "waited in her limo for roughly 25 minutes while extra security was called in to watch her back," writes a TMZ rep.

Once security arrived at the scene, Electra entered the party, but somehow Rodman still managed to approach her, and the two exchanged an awkward conversation. Rodman was quickly escorted out of the party following the exchange, but he snuck his way back in a few times.

Rodman allegedly asked Electra to marry him and professed his love for the model and actress at the party.

Though it is still unclear what prompted Rodman to invite himself to Electra's party, TMZ suggests that Electra's recent interview with Oprah Winfrey might be the cause.

While appearing on the latest episode of Oprah Winfrey's "Where are they Now?" Electra was very candid about her tumultuous relationship with Rodman, which quickly ended following a domestic violence dispute, Us Weekly reports.

"People couldn't understand why I loved him," Electra told Winfrey, "because he had a reputation for being a bad boy."

Electra then went on to describe her former beau as a "gentle giant that was in a lot of pain" and entered her life at a time where she was trying to cope with the loss of her mother who died from a brain tumor.

"Our relationship was very passionate. When it was good, it was amazing," she said.
