We've heard all about the good deals heading our way on Black Friday, but are they all what they're hyped up to be?

Many of the Black Friday deals are incredible, but it is easy to overlook the ones that try to get you into the store only to be completely sold out within minutes of the sale.

iPads at Best Buy: When the flood gates open at Best Buy on Black Friday, shoppers from all over will be buying all of the latest Apple products. However, the iPad 2 might not be the best option if you don't plan on being the first one in the store. According to reports from GottaBeMobile, the price of the iPad 2 will be slashed by $100 at Best Buy but there will such a limited quantity that some stores will have as few as only 100 copies. On a day when thousands of shoppers will be at each store alone, the number of iPads will disappear at the blink of an eye.

Older Generation Game Consoles: The Xbox 360 is going to be marked down to $249 for the regular console and $179 for the 4GB one with much less space, while the Playstation 3 is going to be $199 and will come along with some games. These deals sound pretty decent, but not when you factor in that you're buying game consoles that are now part of the older generation. Wait a little longer, save up for the new generation consoles, and buy one of them instead. It would be worth it in the long run.

TVs at Wal Mart: Shoppers will be on the lookout for the biggest TVs they can find, which often times leads to unique marketing tactics to lure people into buying lower-quality, bigger-screen TVs. Walmart will be offering a $98, 32 inch television but the brand, Funai, does not sound familiar and WLTX.com says users should be cautious when considering televisions that are that cheap.

Lastly, it makes the most sense to do Black Friday shopping online to avoid the extremely long lines. This would be ideal unless you really need to see a product on display, or in the case of clothing, you might want to actually see if everything fits before purchasing.
