In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, "Kendra on Top" star and former Playmate Kendra Wilkinson revealed her decision to undergo breast reduction in attempt to shed her overtly sexualized Playboy image.

Wilkinson explained that as a mother of two, she feels trapped inside her breast implants and surgically enhanced body.

"I'm going through a phase right now where I don't fit my boobs anymore – I'm thinking about a reduction because that was a phase and now I am out of it," Wilkinson explained. "The person I feel like today isn't a person with big boobs – I feel like I'm trapped in this body right now."

Wilkinson revealed that she dislikes her figure so much that when men describe her as "fat," she takes it as a compliment.

"If guys don't like my body now that's actually a good thing, that means I'm shedding the Playboy image," Kendra said, adding, "When I see guys saying, 'Oh, you're fat,' I'm like yes! I'm glad I don't turn you on any more because I don't want to do that any more!"

Wilkinson's comments about her Playboy body comes on the heels of former Playmate Holly Madison's revelation that she contemplated suicide while living at the Playboy mansion.

Former Playboy bunny Holly Madison is releasing a memoir titled "Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny," detailing her struggles living inside of the notorious Playboy mansion with her then boyfriend, Hugh Hefner, Us Weekly reports.

In the book, Madison writes that life inside the mansion was not as glamorous and fun as it appeared to be. She claims that the mansion was filled with "drama, darkness and even depression."

"Life inside the notorious Mansion wasn't a dream at all -- and quickly became her nightmare," the press release for Madison's memoir reads. "After losing her identity, her sense of self-worth, and her hope for the future, Holly found herself sitting alone in a bathtub contemplating suicide."

Holly Madison's "Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny" hits stores on June 23. The memoir is currently available for pre-order.
