On Monday night's "Teen Mom OG" Episode 5 "No Turning Back," Maci Bookout told ex-boyfriend Ryan Edwards and his parents that she and Taylor McKinney are expecting a baby. They took the news surprisingly well.

No "Teen Mom OG" episode is complete without Ryan having a tantrum. He didn't disappoint after show producers asked him to discuss his split from Shelby Woods. It blindsided him. He was furious.

"I didn't agree to talk about this tonight," he said. He removed his microphone and walked out.

It doesn't seem Shelby will return to the show. Farewell, Shelby.

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra visited Carly for this first time in a year. They made amends with Carly's adoptive parents.

Amber Portwood revealed that Gary Shirley has been calling her frequently, flirting with her and asking her if she misses his penis. One can only wonder what his girlfriend Kristina Anderson thinks of it all, especially since Gary announced last episode that she is pregnant with his child.

Gary minimized his inappropriate behavior when Amber confronted him, and it set her off.

"You're making me get all crazy," Amber screamed at him. "I'm not about to sit here and look like an idiot and yell at you and go back to my old self, because this is what you do to me. You ... This is the first time I've done this since I've been out of prison. Yelled like this."

Gary also made Kristina cry by telling her, over and over, that he couldn't say for sure if he and Amber would get back together.

Gary's bad behavior nearly outshined Farrah Abraham's drama in the final 10 minutes of the episode. Farrah, daughter Sophia, and parents Debra and Michael, were reintroduced to the audience. The warm introduction soon turned cold when Farrah showed hard feelings after previously being ousted from the show.

MTV producer Heather Walsh asked Farrah to shoot an introduction segment on why she returned to "Teen Mom."

"I'm just over being judged and I guess I don't want to talk about that," Farrah said.

Farrah was arrogantly argumentative the rest of the episode, such as when she got angry with her mother for chatting with Heather.

"I don't even like that you're having a fake, wannabe happy conversation," she said.

The pressure of being on the show seemed too much for Farrah and a meltdown -- complete with crying -- ensued.

"She was rejected, she was ostracized, she was outcast," her mother explained.

Heather didn't have an ounce of sympathy for the former porn star.

"I think that's a fantastic welcome back," she said to co-executive producer Larry Musnik as they left. "That's a Farrah-Abraham-style [welcome], I'll tell you that."
