Rumors say Adele is in consideration for the next diva to head to Las Vegas, Nevada for an extended contract, HollywoodLife reports according to the June 1 issue of In Touch Magazine.

Casinos are willing to dish out a lot of money for the "Someone Like You" singer to sign a contract for residency in Sin City.

The 27-year-old singer is in high demand right now, with Las Vegas MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, The Venetian and Ceasar's Palace are all reportedly fighting for the Grammy Award winner.

Adele can have a $40 million dollar deal if she agrees to a two-year contract in Las Vegas.

"Everyone is dying to see her perform again," a source told In Touch. "This could be the biggest deal ever put together."

Las Vegas is the Entertainment Capital of the World and has been home to numerous icons including Cher and Celine Dion and home to new generation divas like Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey.

Ceasar's Palace may want to have Adele the most. The famous place recently scored Mariah Carey.

Adele began hitting top charts in 2011 with "Rolling in the Deep," Billboard notes. The song was No. 1 for seven weeks in Billboard's Top 100.

At one point, she had to undergo vocal surgery because her vocal cord hemorrhaged, Perez Hilton reports.

"Latch" singer Sam Smith recently received the same surgery from the same doctor.

"Sam Smith underwent vocal cord microsurgery by Dr. Steven Zeitels to stop recurrent vocal cord hemorrhage. This condition is the result of unstable blood vessels in the vocal cord that can rupture and prevent vocal performance," Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston explained.

Steven Tyler and Lionel Richie received the same surgery.

Adele became a mother since her climb to fame. She took some time off to be with her child. Now she may get back into full swing with her vocal cords intact. Will she take the deal?
