Pop singer Jason Derulo is ready to part with his Florida mansion.

The "Don't Wanna Go Home" artist has listed this luxury Coconut Creek property for $2.9 million, Los Angeles Times reported. He bought the Mediterranean-inspired house nearly three years ago for a tag price of $1.75 million, according to property records cited by the Times.

The 25-year-old singer's residence reportedly features professional recording and dance studios, which an artist like himself will definitely appreciate.

The 13,000-square-foot house resting on a golf course lot is actually located on a natural preserve area, thus, it offers pristine and tranquil views of nature. It has seven bathrooms, a formal living room, an office, a game room, and a modern chef's kitchen. The celebrity home can also accommodate four vehicles.

Aside from the main house, there is a comfortable guest house where the recording and dance studios are located.

Outdoors, mature palm trees and a swimming pool equipped with a spa complete the grounds.

More features

Based on the images provided by Celebuzz when Derulo bought the property, the home's entryway displays a geometric-pattern flooring leading to the white-fenced yellow mansion. The front of the nine-bedroom property shows a neatly-manicured yard with some grown trees providing an inviting and lively appeal to the home.

The images also show that inside the home, the ambiance is airy, courtesy of the soaring ceilings. The home also looks bright with several wide and tall glass panels allowing natural light to fill the room. Chic hanging lights, dark wood cabinetry, rod iron curved staircase and smooth-tiled flooring are the interior highlights of the home.

One could also catch a glimpse of the features of the master suite. A photo shows the suite's lavish bathroom, equipped with a jacuzzi. A private deck on the second floor offers a stunning view of the grounds and the pool.

Not Just a Singer-Songwriter

The "Talk Dirty" singer also joined the panel of judges of "So You Think You Can Dance" for its 12th season. Derulo was "truly excited" to be part of the show, which he described as "one of the most respected and longest-tenured shows" on TV, according to E! Online.

Derulo was brought in because of his "insight, humor and creativity," as executive producer Nigel Lythgoe said, and he assured that he will be honest to help the contestants realize what they need to improve on themselves.

"I never wanted to be a person that breaks dreams. But it is such a positive show and it reinforced the positive side because you send people home but you can send them home with the reason why they are going home and they can go away but then come back the following year much stronger," Derulo told the entertainment site in March.
