Celebrity couple Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have unloaded their Hollywood Hills estate fast.

The "Furious Seven" actor and his long-time partner have sold their luxury California home in just over a month after it was advertised on the real estate market, Los Angeles Times reported. The "Spy" star bought the L.A. property in 2011 for only $7.325 million, according to public records. The home was listed in June for just below $9 million, but it was sold for $9.2 million, or nearly $200,000 above its asking price.

The brokers who handled the sale were Ben Bacal of Rodeo Realty as the celebrities' listing agent, while Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate, was the buyer's representative.

Hollywood Hills' home features

Before Statham purchased the house, it was formerly owned by "Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb" actor Ben Stiller and "Longmire" TV series star Lou Diamond Phillips at another time, the Times revealed.

The 48-year-old star's former estate features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a living room, a family room, a library, and a gym.

The whole property is sitting on more than half an acre of California lot. The estate was already updated by designing firm Roman & Williams, which is known for the Ace Hotel lobbies, as noted by the New York Times.

The Hollywood Hills home boasts a Spanish-inspired theme. The property, which was constructed before the 1930s, showcases marine-themed tile fountains and blue stair risers going to the relaxing swimming pool. The expansive grounds also display an outdoor patio where the next owners or their visitors can have a nice chat over tea or coffee.

Variety added that the 5,334-square-foot residence, citing the L.A. Tax office on the size, also features a formal dining room and a fully-functional kitchen. It has a motor court, a detached two-car garage with living quarters above and several resting and meditation places like the verandas, terraces, and the balconies

Based on the images featured on Variety, the next owners will be greeted with a vibrant setting courtesy of the beautiful and lively plants. The interior also mirrors the former residents' love for nature as it displays plants in almost every nook of the home.

Although they have officially said goodbye to their Hollywood Hills property, the action star and the "Mad Max: Fury Road" actress have other real estate properties in Los Angeles. The two bought a five-bedroom property in Beverly Hills in March, worth about $13 million, and a four-bedroom estate in Hollywood Hills in May, noted Trulia.
