Beachclub Montreal announced on Thursday that Kylie Jenner is celebrating her upcoming 18th birthday on Aug. 16 at their venue in Montreal, Canada.

The club's promotional poster for the event features the 17-year-old beauty lounging by the pool wearing aviator sunglasses, a black bikini top and distressed denim shorts.

Why a birthday bash in Canada? It's legal to drink alcohol there at age 18.

"Kylie Jenner takes advantage of Canadian drinking age with plans to celebrate her birthday in style at Beachclub," club owner Olivier Primeau wrote on his website. "Team Productions and Beachclub's owner Olivier Primeau stepped up to the plate to offer Kylie the opportunity to party, and drink legally at a fantastic one of a kind venue!"

TMZ reported that Primeau plans to send a helicopter to bring the birthday girl to her special event, which will kick off on a luxury boat. The festivities will include a $3,000 cake and plenty of high-end adult beverages.

Primeau touts his beach club as the largest outdoor venue in all of North America. The property boasts a huge stage for DJs, VIP sections, multiple bars, pools, cabanas, terraces and even luxury beds.

Tickets for Jenner's birthday party go on sale Thursday, July 30 at 10 a.m.

Let's hope the birthday bash doesn't come with drug use rumors, as did Kylie's high school graduation party last week. Kylie documented the celebration on Snapchat, including a video of her 31-year-old sister Khloé Kardashian twerking. In the video, fans spotted a man scooping an unknown substance out of a small container with his finger and placing it in his mouth.

Kardashian was furious about the drug allegations that followed, claiming that the man was scooping a jello shot from its cup.

"To scrap the rim of the shot glass w ur finger to loosen up the jello in order 2 take it. Just say no to drugs kids! Drugs so not our style," Kardashian tweeted on July 25.
