Undefeated middleweight king Gennady "GGG" Golovkin's boxing trainer Abel Sanchez is expecting an explosive showdown between his fighter and the current International Boxing Federation middleweight titlist David Lemieux on Oct. 17, at the Madison Square Garden in New York.

Sanchez has even given the October clash a rating of "ten" since he believes that the fight will bring great entertainment to fervent boxing fans.

Golovkin has already proven his formidable strength as he delivered 30 of his 33 victories via knockouts. However, the Canadian boxer, who posts an 86 percent KO rating against GGG's 91 percent, could be the one to stop the mighty "Triple G" this fall. As every boxing fan tries to create different scenarios in their minds on how the upcoming bout will end, it just proves that the Golovkin-Lemieux match is another boxing event to watch out for.

Will "GGG" bow down this time? Does Lemieux really have what it takes to walk away with additional World Boxing Association and International Boxing Organization belts under his name?

"There isn't a fighter out there without deficiencies; it's boxing. Everybody gets hit and everybody hits back, but can Lemieux take it? That's what makes the fight interesting and a good pay-per-view buy. Superstars are born and developed from risk-takers... If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen," Sanchez told RingTV.

Erislandy Lara (21-2-2, 12KOs) and former champion Sergio Mora (28-3-2, 9KOs) wanted to face Sanchez's prized warrior but the trainer refused. He told Boxing Scene point blank that Lara and Mora do not deserve a fight against Golovkin. For Sanchez, the Canadian warrior is the perfect match for "GGG" since he showed great fighting form in his recent bouts.

Lemieux recently triumphed over Hassan N'Dam via a unanimous decision, which earned him not just an IBF title, but respect from Sanchez, as well.

"He's a very good challenger because he has delivered of late. It's an interesting match-up; he's a decent puncher, throws a little wide, is strong and willing and that's a good combination for explosive results," Sanchez said.

Even Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya can't wait for the match to happen.

"Both have knockout power, both have a good chin, good physical condition. I think [the one to come out on top is the one] who wants this fight more. I think the first [fighter] who connects to the chin first is going to win," De La Hoya told Sports Nation, as quoted by Boxing Scene.
