Liam Hemsworth has revealed new details about the final "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2."

The star of the Hunger Games franchise told MTV that he has already seen the finished product and stated that it is the best film in the franchise. He said, "I've seen it. I think it might be the best one. It's more action packed for sure. I think from start to finish, it just kind of doesn't give. The whole time you feel like anyone could be killed at any moment. It like that in all of them I feel like though in this one the stakes are a little higher"

It's not surprising that the last film is action-packed as most of the second parts of the series are. "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2" was one action sequence after another and was the highest-rated film in the franchise. As it stands, it has a 96 percent aggregate score on Rotten Tomatoes.

For "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2," the film was better reviewed than the first installment and it was also an action film. It currently has a 48 percent aggregate score and is ranked among the best reviewed films in the franchise.

Hemsworth also stated that he was happy to finish the franchise and he had become very close with his co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson. He said, "No, it wasn't emotional. It's definitely the end of the journey but to have made friends like Jen and Josh, I couldn't have asked for more. It's such a fun time we had together and we'll look back at that as having a great time."

"The Hunger Games" is one of the most lucrative film series in recent times as the series has made more than $1 billion. It has also become one of the most beloved critically and made Lawrence a huge box office star.

The upcoming "Mockingjay Part 2" also stars Julianne Moore, Donald Sutherland, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Elizabeth Banks, Jena Malone and Sam Claflin. The movie is set to open on Nov. 20, 2015.
