Lately, the growing trend on mobile gaming has allowed developers to concentrate their projects on this platform. That being said, even previous hit games have found their way to the mobile platform such as "GTA: Liberty City Stories," a previously PSP- and PS2-exclusive game.

According to Attack of The Fan Boy, "GTA: Liberty City Stories" is now available on the iOS platform, mainly the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 series as well as the iPad line. Not only has been the game taken from its original platform, but it has also been updated with more interesting and technical specs that fit the iOS platform perfectly.

The classic game "GTA: Liberty City Stories" for iOS has swiftly entered the mobile platform together with some new improvements that will significantly give players a maximum gaming experience.

Among the several upgrades are the improved real-time lighting and shadow as well as art and texture of the graphics. New controls for touch-based gaming, custom soundtrack support and physical controller support, something that is very important to the mobile platform, have also been added.

According to GameSpot, this is not the first "GTA" series to be adapted to the mobile platform. Previously, Rockstar has worked on putting "GTA: San Andreas," "GTA III," "GTA: Vice City" and "GTA Chinatown Wars" on the mobile platform. "GTA: The Liberty City Stories" is just the latest from the game franchise to embark on the new platform.

Rockstar said, as quoted by the publication, "With shorter, streamlined missions designed with mobile gameplay in mind, this definitive open -- world adventure has been remastered for iOS with extensive graphic enhancements, rebalanced touch controls, cross platform saves, and native Retina screen support."

The "GTA: Liberty City Stories" for iOS was released on the PSP platform 10 years ago. Today, it has been remastered to enter the mobile platform for a minimal amount of $7 on the iTunes store.

Android owners, on the other hand, may have to wait a bit longer as there is no official statement on its date of release for the said platform.
