The final week of the regular season is here at last. While many teams have been eliminated from playoff contention, there are others fighting for division crowns and wild card spots. Now is the time when we really find out what teams are made of, when the season come down to just one game.

Here are five teams who must win Week 17 games.

1. New England Patriots

The Patriots are currently the No. 1 seed in the AFC, but if they want to keep that top spot, they'd better win this upcoming weekend. While a game against the Miami Dolphins may seem easy, not so fast -- the Dolphins have defeated the Patriots in each of the last two seasons at home. If the Patriots don't want to travel to Denver in the playoffs, they need to take care of business this weekend. A loss against the Dolphins and a Broncos win over the San Diego Chargers would move the Patriots down to the No. 2 seed. That's extremely detrimental for the Patriots because they always struggle at Denver.

2. Pittsburgh Steelers

Steelers need a win and a few miracles. Because of that terrible loss against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16, Mike Tomlin's squad no longer controls their own destiny. The Steelers fell to 9-6, and they have to beat the Cleveland Browns next. In all likelihood they will beat the Browns and improve to 10-6, but it's not that simple. The Steelers need the Buffalo Bills to beat the New York Jets to make the No. 6 seed in the AFC. A Kansas City Chiefs loss means nothing for the Steelers because of their Week 7 defeat to Alex Smith and company.

3. Green Bay Packers

What's going on, Green Bay? If the Packers lose this game to the Minnesota Vikings they will fall from the No. 3 seed to the No. 5 seed in the NFC. That's huge because it means only one playoff game at the most will be played at Lambeau Field, and that's if it's against the No. 6 seed Seattle Seahawks. The Packers annihilated the Vikings back in Week 11, 30-13. It's time for receivers to start getting open, and the Packers' run game has to get going for a Super Bowl run.

4. Carolina Panthers

It sounds crazy having a 14-1 team on this week's list, but you don't want to end the season on a two-game losing streak. Cam Newton and the Panthers lost their first game of the season last week, against the Atlanta Falcons. On top of that, the Panthers haven't wrapped up the No. 1 seed in the NFC yet. If the Panthers fall to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, that means the Arizona Cardinals can take over the top seed with a win over the Seattle Seahawks. As long as the Panthers take care of business with a win this weekend, they will have home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

5. Indianapolis Colts

What a disastrous season it has been for the Colts. But, all is not lost just yet. The Colts are 7-8, which is currently good enough for the No. 10 seed in the AFC. The only way the Colts can make the playoffs is if they win the AFC South over the Houston Texans. That's going to take a lot. The Colts have to beat the Tennessee Titans, and then the Texans have to lose against the Jacksonville Jaguars. There's been some talk that Andrew Luck might even start next week, but nothing has been confirmed on that yet.
