Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Kevin Todd have landed themselves in quite a bit of hot water given the recent lawsuits that have been filed against them.

Let's start with Vanderpump's husband. The retired ice hockey forward is being sued by brothers Kevin and David Cazaref who claim that Todd assaulted them while they were working. The Cazaref brothers allege that Todd approached them in a "rude and aggressive manner" to complain about their work.

The Cazaref brothers were hired by Todd to do construction work for his and Vanderpump's P.U.M.P Lounge located in West Hollywood. Despite their efforts, Todd was not satisfied, and the brothers claim that Todd pushed Kevin "hard on the chest" and grabbed his tool while proceeding to show the brothers how to properly get the job done.

TMZ reports that this isn't the first time Todd has dealt with the pair. Todd sued the brothers last October, claiming he was the one who was attacked. The brothers say that case was dismissed because Todd never showed up to court.

Who exactly started the alleged fight? We may never know, but let's see if both the plaintiffs and defendant actually show up this time.

While her husband deals with the drama surrounding the P.U.M.P Lounge, Lisa will be dealing with the lawsuit surrounding her and Todd's restaurant, Villa Blanca. Former Villa Blanca waitress Karina Bustillos filed a lawsuit against the restaurant claiming that Vanderpump did nothing to stop inappropriate behavior she endured from the Villa Blanca manager, Michael Govia. According to Bustillos, Govia tried to kiss her, violently grabbed her wrists and called her a profanity.

In an attempt to dodge the courtroom for the trial that is set to commence on Monday, Vanderpump has offered to settle the case for $40,000. Bustillo is asking for $5 million.
