The men of "Mad Men" aren't afraid to speak their minds. Recently, they sat down for some candid interviews.

Vincent Kartheiser, who plays Pete Campbell on the AMC show, discussed his acting ability.

"It's a standing joke on our set that I only do outraged," Kartheiser told Vulture. "It's really the only emotion I can do."

"When you put him in positions to be wronged, you know you're gonna get a full Jack Lemmon kind of frustration and anger that's very physical, very funny," "Mad Men" creator Matthew Weiner said.

Jon Hamm, who plays Don Draper, shared what it's like working with Kartheiser, who he said enjoys doing voice warm-ups.

"It would be two o'clock in the morning, and you'd be like, 'Will this guy ever shut the f**k up?' Then you'd realize that it's all part of his process, and he's not just doing it to get attention," Hamm explained. "We've all made our peace with Vinnie's antics. It's crossed out of annoying and landed into adorable."

Kartheiser's Pete will not likely be living the good life for long, however.

"A lot of the show plays on the tension of whether people can change or not," Weiner said. "Pete Campbell has changed the most to me ..."

"I think Pete has more dysfunction than Los Angeles can save him from in the long run," John Slattery, who plays Roger Sterling, added.

Still, Kartheiser is prepared for the show to end

"I have no ambition. I've learned not to have any expectations or any hopes." he said. "The truth is, I hope I can always just do regional theater somewhere. I don't have this big fear of 'Will I ever do something as amazing as 'Mad Men' again?' because that's not up to me. And if I put that pressure on myself, how does that help?"

Kartheiser also shared details about his fiancée Alexis Bledel; he met her during Season 5 when she played Pete's mistress.

"We were completely professional. We never saw each other out. We never -- it was nothing, it was just work," he recalled.

Now, Kartheiser says he doesn't mind negative comments people might have about their relationship

"We provide this service which is, you know, being trampled under the feet of society," he said. "We can take it. So if it's worth your time, and it helps you to log in and say something nasty, then I'm happy that I could be there for that."

Hamm and Weiner, however, think the two make a great couple.

"Honestly, they're a really good match," Weiner said. "...even with all of Alexis's amazing qualities, I think that if she had not been such a good actress, he would not have been interested."

"I did know he liked her from a very early point," Hamm shared. "I was a supporter of that union."

Hamm has a less positive opinion of Justin Bieber, on the other hand.

"Look at Bieber or whoever," he told Men's Fitness. "You're like, 'What the f**k, man? What are you doing? Why?' There's no one telling those people no, and it's a shame.... [Bieber needs] a mom or a dad or a really good friend who can say, 'Hey, sh**head!' You see people in the world and you're like, 'Do you know how a washing machine works? Do you know how to wash a dish? Life skills are something we're missing."
