Jennifer Lopez is rumored to be seriously considering teaming up with One Direction band member Liam Payne to produce new music.

According to Gossip Cop, the two artists recently got together in Los Angeles, at which point Payne "played her some new music."

With her "American Idol" gig soon coming to a close and her "All I Have" Las Vegas residency already playing to rave reviews, the 46-year-old "If You Had My Love" singer is reported to be eager to record some new sounds.

Not long ago, Payne set up publishing company Hampton Music Limited. When One Direction recently announced the band would be going on hiatus, he admitted to a British radio station he actually preferred writing music to performing.

"I like writing songs for different artists, and crafting a song is a really beautiful thing to do," he said. "I much prefer doing that sort of thing."

Word is Payne has wasted little time meeting with artists like Lopez. He is reportedly keenly focused on meeting with performers he could see himself actually writing songs for.

Meanwhile, Lopez might want to pay a little more attention to the wardrobe for her Las Vegas residency. TMZ reports the sexy singer recently ripped her pants while taking a bow at the end of one of her Planet Hollywood shows, exposing herself to the crowd.

It's not the first time one of Lopez's immaculate costume designs has gone awry on her. In 2011, while appearing on the German language variety TV show "Wetten Dass," as she took her seat for an interview with host Thomas Gottschalk viewers got a glimpse of her right breast.

Debate is still out as to what the audience saw and didn't see at the 2012 Academy Awards. Some insist the singer suffered a nip slip at the event, while others contend the supposed reveal was merely a shadow of her dress.
