"Vanderpump Rules" is airing episode 15 tonight and it will be another night of conflicts. This time, it will be James Kennedy's turn to be dissed by Lisa Vanderpump.

In the preview, SUR's busboy James Kennedy is having a discussion with Lisa and Maxx, Vandepump's son, is also present. He started talking about Jax Taylor and his theft case then turned to criticize the SUR owner for just suspending Taylor instead of firing him for good.

Kennedy was so outspoken that he told Lisa her decision was "embarrassing" since Taylor was arrested. Lisa stood her ground and could care less about what the bus boy think of her decision to keep Taylor in her restaurant.

"I actually don't need any help from pipsqueak busboy running my business," Lisa told Kennedy. "So, thank you, James Kennedy, but I will pass on your managerial advice."

While the discussion heats up as James loses his cool, Lisa puts him in his place because she had enough of his arrogance.

"You're acting like a little brat. You need to grow up." The SUR chief then warned that she will demote him to being a busboy again if he continues with this attitude but still, James went on to disrespect Lisa.

Meanwhile, in the last episode titled "Sex, Lies and Stassi's Videotape," Stassi Schroeder built the courage to face her boss Lisa Vanderpump. She wanted to apologize for the things she did, especially badmouthing her SUR co-workers and Lisa in her interviews after leaving the restaurant.

It can be said that her reunion with Lisa was not easy. When Stassi approached her former employer and said she has something to say, Vanderpump coldly told her, "I don't really have any interest in anything you have to say, to be honest. Say what you want about me. I don't care, but don't diss my staff, my restaurant and my business."

Stassi also attempted to pay back the $900 which Lisa paid to stop her sex tape from being leaked. However, the SUR boss did not see the gesture as anything but disrepectful.

"I don't want your money. It's an insult," Lisa said.

Despite losing her temper at one point, Stassi continued to apologize and admitted, "I was just completely disrespectful on many occasions a lot of the time."

Then again, Lisa was passive on what Stassi just said. It appears that the apologies were not taken well too as Lisa said it was not sincere.

With this confrontation between Lisa and Stassi, what does Katie Maloney thinks of it?

On her interview with Bravo TV, she said it was hard for her to watch it. She also shared that seeing Stassi owning up to her misdeeds and taking responsibility for everything, she is not sure of what to make of it.

"I have never seen Stassi really swallow pride and address these sorts of things with anyone. I really see her going there and overextend herself," Katie said.

At the end, Katie revealed that after hearing what each woman has to say, "It's so difficult seeing both sides and understanding both sides in such massive ways. I have only wished for them both to arrive at a place where mutual understanding can be felt and understood."
