Miley Cyrus seems to be doing better since her two-week long stay at the hospital that forced her to cancel many show dates on her "Bangerz" Tour.

Though Cyrus insists that her illness was brought on by a severe allergic reaction to medication she had been prescribed by her doctors, critics believe otherwise.

Given Cyrus' very public marijuana use and high partying life style, critics have speculated whether it was drugs rather than an allergy that landed her in the hospital.

Despite the claims, Miley Cyrus is insisting yet again that the speculation is simply not true.

"I didn't have a drug overdose. I took some shitty antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction," Cyrus said at a press conference at the O2 arena in London on Tuesday, Gigwise reported.

She continued, "I'm probably the only one on this tour who doesn't drink or smoke before a show, as I take this really seriously. It's almost like being an athlete being up here, because if someone was f**ked up, they definitely couldn't do my show."

Cyrus also mentioned that prior to her severe reaction, she had always been in good health.

"I'm the poster child for good health. You have no idea how ready I am. There is nothing I would rather not do than lay in a bed for two weeks. It was the most miserable two weeks of my life."

Soon after her press conference, Cyrus took to the O2 arena stage to perform for her fans.

During her performance she took the opportunity to speak out again. This time, about smoking weed.

"You know what, weed has never killed anybody. You guys know that right? So instead of smoking a cigarette, why not just roll a fat joint?"

Cyrus even revealed that she used to smoke cigarettes at one point in her life and loved it until, "...they slowly started to kill me, and I slowly started to look old," she admitted.

Then Cyrus continued on her rant about how "pissed" she was that she couldn't smoke cigarettes anymore because "they kill you."
