Bailey got in hot water, and Derek shared life-changing news on the latest episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

On the latest episode, "Everything I Do, Nothing Seems to Turn Out Right," Bailey (Chandra Wilson) is ready to discharge Braden from Grey Sloan. But first, she has to tell his parents and the hospital board that she administered an experimental treatment to free him from his "bubble."

While Cristina (Sandra Oh) high-fives Bailey for her good work, the boy's parents aren't as happy. They decide to sue her for malpractice, including assault and battery. Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) then decides to come to her aid by saying that she forgot to inform Bailey that his parents had withdrawn their consent. Her lie works, and the lawsuit gets dropped.

Amy, who is constantly crying, tells Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) that she's upset because she loves Grey Sloan more than her boyfriend, James. She says that she's going to break up with James and stay in Seattle.

Derek (Patrick Dempsey) then comes back to Seattle from his trip to meet with the president in Washington and tells Meredith that he was offered a position in D.C., and he wants the whole family to move to the nation's capital.

Meanwhile, Owen (Kevin McKidd) tells Cristina to interview possible replacements for Russell. Cristina then begs Owen not to offer her the job, so he doesn't. He says he knows that nothing good can come out of asking her to stay.

Callie (Sara Ramirez) then learns she can't carry another baby because of her car accident. Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) says she can carry it, but Callie decides not to take such a big step so soon after getting their marriage back on track.

It also turns out that no one gets fired; Richard (James Pickens Jr.) sees Leah (Tessa Ferrer) in the OR and tells her that she'll make a great doctor, just not a great surgeon. He then agrees to put in a good word for her at a research hospital.

On the upcoming season finale, "Fear (of the Unknown)," "Cristina's coworkers give her a fond send-off. Meanwhile, a possible terrorist act occurs in Seattle and leads to pandemonium at the hospital; Meredith makes a life-altering choice; and a doctor gets alarming news."
