The reason behind the Samsung Galaxy S8 re-mounted fingerprint sensor is that an initial testing has already been made with a front fingerprint scanner. It brought inaccurate result that Samsung has to find a sensor that yields both accuracy and precision for the next-gen Samsung flagship.

According to Tech Times, this hinted fingerprint that is to be mounted at the back of the smartphone is said to be even equipped with the iris scanner. This comes in contrast with the previous rumor that the fabulous Samsung Galaxy S8 will come with the optical fingerprint scanner that is embedded at the front, on the display, itself.  This rumored scanner is even said to have the slim Y-OCTA display technology that is originally used by Galaxy Note 7.

This iris scanner that will come in the new Samsung Galaxy smartphone is even said to be faster than its Galaxy Note 7's counterpart. Speculation from a Korean website, Naver, come along with it superb iris recognition system. It hinted that once it comes to reality, banks and other financial institutions will ally with Samsung. Its special service called the Samsung Pass will be even made available for wider use.

Talking about the Samsung Galaxy S8 specs, leaks have mentioned that the smartphone will not have the Home button. Some leaks even hinted that there will be an almost bezel-free all-screen display. It is even said to come without the dual-camera feature nor even a headphone jack, as GSM Arena reported.

Other leaks that are still puzzling us are the foldable screens, its extremely powerful processor, and the Bluetooth 5 existence. Although there are no exact specs that are finalized yet, the perceived AI Assistant feature is far from reality as Samsung signed with Google the non-compete agreement in 2014.

Whatever Samsung will officially release in the coming Mobile World Congress in 2017, we can be sure that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will bring loads of surprises and excitement with awesome features and value-added services to the best of the user's advantage.
