Looks like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth haven't been working on their wedding yet. Could this really mean that the wedding is already off?

Miley and Liam's relationship has been bombarded with rumors since they started dating, and even more when the two were engaged in June last year. From criticizing the stars' ages, saying they're too young to get hitched, to claiming that Liam's family doesn't like the "We Can't Stop" singer -- the two have heard it all.

In the most recent string of rumors, reports have it that Miley and Liam haven't started planning their wedding. Notably, there is some truth behind this.

According to Us Magazine, Miley's own sister Noah Cyrus has confirmed that her big sister won't be walking down the aisle soon.

"They're not planning yet," Noah told reporters on the red carpet at the 2013 Do Something Awards.

The Do Something Awards is aimed at honoring the nation's youngest world-changers. Motivating the youth to spark social change, the project honors people 25 and under who have offered something to society. Noah was at the event to support the cause.

As for Liam and Miley, they may have been spending some time apart -- and are "headed in different directions" in LA, according to Pop Sugar -- but it doesn't mean that the wedding is off. Noah is still positive about walking down the aisle as her sister's maid of honor. She even has ideas for what she'll be wearing on the big day.

"It better be a very, very cool dress that I have," she told reporters. "because I want to rock a dress."

Pop Sugar also noted that the on-and-off lovers may be taking a break from thinking about the wedding bells as they focus on their careers. Miley is working on her soon-to-be released album, while promoting her new single "We Can't Stop." Liam, on the other hand, will soon begin a press tour for his new movie "Paranoia."
