President Donald Trump said on Monday that he is taking high roads or will use the best method to deliver the stimulus aid to millions of Americans without negotiating with the Democrats. This is to make sure that heavily impacted Americans will receive the relief aids they need amid the global pandemic.

If there is one person who has been very aggressive in calling for the second round of the stimulus bill, it is Pres. Donald Trump. He said this during the Labor Day Conference and a day before the Senate session resumes where the Republican Senators will discuss and vote for the new stimulus bill.

Trump also told the reporters during the conference not to say that there is no hope. Trump also asserted that he knew very well the top negotiators of Democrats, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer.

Trump said "They don't wanna make a deal, because they think it's good for politics if they don't make a deal. This has nothing to do with anything other than you have to know who you're dealing with. I do," Pres. Trump also explained why he does not show a lot of respect with these leaders.

He firmly believed that Pelosi and Schumer do not respect the American people after they rejected the stimulus offer of his administration. He will also not meet with Pelosi with Schumer because he knew that his stimulus offer will only be turned down.

Meanwhile, the Senate is back on Tuesday to discuss and vote for the new stimulus bill that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will introduce and unveil. The Senate is dominated by Republicans which will surely support the new bill.

Moreover, Democratic-dominated Congress is more likely to support the new bill after U.S Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin testified before a Congress subcommittee panel over the need to have another round of stimulus payment. It can also be remembered that over 100 Democratic Representatives sent a letter to Pelosi to support the new stimulus bill.

Recently, Mnuchin gave a positive message about the stimulus bill. He said that Pres. Trump wants to give more stimulus to Americans and qualified individuals. It is possible that Pres. Trump will divert some funds like what he did with FEMA just to make sure that the unemployment claims will be extended.

Moreover, Mnuchin also shared that Pelosi agreed to come up with a continuing resolution. This action will make sure that there will be relief aids until the end of this year and to avoid government operations shut down without doing anything.

It is important to note also that the continuing resolution is separate from the stimulus bill. Trump's administration wants to make sure that there is enough financial support while Americans are waiting for the bigger coronavirus relief aid.
