TikTok star Tony Lopez was accused of using his fame and notoriety to abuse two underage girls sexually.

Lopez reportedly used his status as a social media influencer to solicit, groom, and lure underage female fans for his own perverse use and entertainment. This was according to a new civil lawsuit filed against Lopez, which was obtained and reported by Oxygen.

Tony Lopez, known to have about 23 million followers on TikTok, has denied the charges filed against him.

Lawsuit Against Tony Lopez

Using aliases H.L. Doe and C.L. Doe, the two underage girls both said that the 21-year-old coerced them into sexual encounters and solicited explicit photos of themselves, despite knowing they were underage.

"This case arises out of injuries suffered by minor Plantiffs after they were lured, persuaded, coerced and groomed to either engage in physical sexual acts and/or send illicit and obscene child pornographic images of themselves, to Defendants, as a result of Defendants' illegal acts," the lawsuit claimed, as reported by People.

The lawsuit added that Tony Lopez knew that the two underage girls and other victims not named in the complaint were minors.

The TikTok star has denied the allegations. In a statement, he said that he never sent nudes to the girls, and he never asked them to send him pictures as well.

Tony Lopez further noted that he would not have sex with someone who just told him they were underage. He said that he would fight the lawsuit until the very end and not allow them to continue to slander his name and character.

According to H.L., she and Lopez did unlawful sexual acts, both oral and vaginal sex, on Jan. 4 last year. The victim said she told Lopez that she was 16-year-old at the time but later admitted that she was actually 15.

On Jan. 19 last year, H.L. said they had sex again. She added that Lopez had urged her to keep their relationship a secret.

On the other hand, C.H. said that she met Lopez at the Hype House in April last year when the content hub founder Tomas Petrou invited her. She noted that they exchanged social media info, and she gave him her phone number.

Despite knowing she was 16 at the time, C.H. alleged that Lopez began soliciting nude photos from her, and the TikTok star also sent her pictures of his penis. She added that Lopez also repeatedly asked her to have sex with him.

The lawsuit said that Lopez acknowledged many times that C.H. was underage and would casually tell her to stop being a 16-year-old. The two teenagers were also suing Hype House, Petrou, and co-founder Chase Hudson for negligence.

Not The First Time for Tony Lopez

This was not the first time that Lopez has been accused of misconduct. The lawsuit stated that the TikTok star had faced similar allegations in the past.

At the time, Lopez, a member of the Los Angeles TikTok collective known as the Hype House, posted a statement on social media not denying the allegation and said that he had stopped once he learned the truth, Teen Vogue reported.

Tony Lopez was first accused of sexual misconduct and messaging underage girls over the summer. Following the allegations, spa and beauty brand Bliss has cut ties with Lopez, saying that the brand would no longer sponsor him.
