Los Angeles Dodgers' coach Dave Roberts spoke out over their pitcher, Trevor Bauer's probe prompted by the sexual assault allegations. On Thursday, Roberts underscored that the situation Bauer was facing was "out of their hands," according to a report from The Orange County Register.

Dodgers' coach comments came as the MLB team began their road trip also on Thursday and remains their scheduled starter for Sunday's game.

Trevor Bauer to Appear on Dodgers Game on Sunday

Despite the sexual allegations accused against Bauer, Roberts confirmed that the MLB pitcher would be present on their Sunday's match against Washington Nationals, emphasizing that MLB and the commissioner office would handle the probe.

"Our kind of direction was to just move forward, not do anything as far as the player and Trevor. So our plan is he's [Trevor Bauer] gonna start on Sunday," coach David Roberts of Los Angeles Dodger's said.

The Orange County Register underscored that once MLB started a probe on a violation of their domestic violence policy. Teams are prohibited to issue their discipline to a player on their part.

However, ESPN reported that MLB can place Bauer under a seven-day, paid administrative leave, but because no arrest has been made against Bauer and he denied the allegations, MLB would have to wait for the police investigation or internal investigation before taking action.

"I just choose to follow their [MLB] lead," Roberts said, adding that his position is only to follow the league.

Woman Reveals Detailed Sexual Encounter With Dodgers' Trevor Bauer

In the wake of Bauer's investigation, the restraining order filed by the woman who accuses the MLB pitcher of sexual assault revealed her detailed encounter with Bauer.

New York Post reported that the woman allegedly visited a doctor with two black eyes and a bulging bruised lip. Furthermore, the woman also suffered headaches and vomited after her second of the two alleged violent encounters with Dodgers' Trevor Bauer.

"I had terrible pain at the back of my ears. I tasted blood in my mouth, and felt that my lip was split open," the woman said in her statement, adding that her whole body hurt when she gained consciousness after she was choked by Bauer.

The graphic description of the woman's encounter with the MLB pitcher came out when a temporary restraining order against Bauer was issued this week. However, New York Post noted that the restraining order was an "ex parte order," which means the order only includes the version of the event from the woman.

A spokesman for Bauer did not further comment on the woman's statement. It can be remembered that the MLB pitcher's lawyer denied the allegations, arguing that the sexual relationship between the two was initiated by the woman. Moreover, Bauer's attorney also slammed the restraining order saying that the allegations of the woman were "baseless and defamatory."

The formal hearing about Dodgers' Trevor Bauer and his sexual allegations is set to take place on July 23. Bauer's representative confirmed with the New York Post that they would refute all the accusations against the MLB pitcher.
