Much like the Apple WWDC event every year in June, Google has its own developers conference, called Google I/O, where it showcases new devices, initiatives, and software. It also holds developer workshops, but who cares about that when the Google Keynote might unveil the next big Android device -- or something even more fantastic?

That's why everyone watches the Keynote, and you can, too. We've got Google's Livestream -- powered by Level 3 -- embedded below. The whole event begins with a keynote at 9 a.m. Pacific Time (12 p.m. ET) on Wednesday June 25, 2014, so be sure to tune in.

If you're wondering what wonders Google might unveil during its keynote address, check out our rumor roundup and preview of the conference here.

Some possible unveilings or hints at future devices during the Google I/O 2014 keynote include new smartwatches from LG and Motorola, and maybe even Samsung. Expect to hear about Google's Android Wear -- the platform on which many new smartwatches and other wearables will be based -- along with an emphasis on new offerings for developers and customers from Google's cloud.

Another possibility is the unveiling of the HTC Nexus 9 tablet, previously codenamed "Volantis," and if that happens, expect it to be unveiled with Android "Lollipop" -- the next big change in Android OS since KitKat.

If that doesn't happen, we'll probably still get a preview of the many sides of Android -- on your wrist, in the home, maybe on the TV, maybe in the car -- and we'll definitely see a lot of interesting little tweaks and improvements to the Android OS and apps like Google's Camera app and Maps through the conference.
