A Joe Biden cheat sheet was widely reported after the president was caught having notes during a press conference. The sheet reportedly contains advanced knowledge of a question from a journalist.

Another cheat sheet was shown held by U.S. President Joe Biden, wherein it shows the names of other Biden administration officials in the order, in which the remarks would be delivered, according to a New York Post report.

One of the questions from the Joe Biden cheat sheet asks about the domestic and foreign policy from Los Angeles Times reporter Courtney Subramanian.

Meanwhile, the White House defended the president's use of the said cheat sheets, with its press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claiming that it was "entirely normal" for the president to be holding a cheat sheet that was reported to have an advance knowledge of a question from one of the journalists attending the press conference.

Jean- Pierre noted in another New York Post report that it was not surprising that they would anticipate the questions that the president received on the visit with the South Korean president on Wednesday.

The White House press secretary added that they do not have questions in advance and that it was "not something that we do."

There have been reports that Jean-Pierre's briefings have been heavily pre-scripted for months with an aide collecting questions from reporters ahead of time and the press secretary declining to call on some press members.

White House on Joe Biden Cheat Sheet

The photographed cheat sheets that Biden was holding during the press conference raised questions regarding his mental acuity, especially since he just officially launched his campaign for the 2024 presidential election.

Biden waved away concerns about his age at the recent press conference on Wednesday, saying that his age "doesn't register" with him, adding that he feels "good" and "excited about the prospects," as cited by The Telegraph.

Jean-Pierre claimed that the LA Times reporter's question ended up being "different" as compared to what was written in the cheat sheet.

She also disclosed that the White House asks some reporters in advance in any press event.

Jean-Pierre said that they picked the LA Times as it has not asked a question for some time. She then said that the city of Los Angeles has a huge demographic of Korean-Americans.

However, Veteran White House journalist John Decker Gray from Gray Television says he doubts that Biden's aides merely anticipated the questions rather than it being "pre-screened."

Decker shouted whether it was Jean-Pierre's contention that the cheat sheet does not contain a similar question that was asked, to which the press secretary answered "Could you wait your turn?"

The president has made similar mistakes in the past, leaving what seemed to be confidential notes laid in the eyes of the press.

During the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia last November, a cheat sheet was seen instructing him when to sit and take photos.

Daily Mail noted that there were also instructions that said referring to the president as "YOU" and where he will be sitting, including when he will deliver the opening remarks.

In July 2021, an aide asked the president to wipe a stain from his face during a Zoom call with state governors.

Biden has also been known to use cue cards during his campaign trail in 2020.
