Donald Trump's three election lawyers who were accused of helping spread false information regarding the 2020 elections, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis have turned themselves in. This is in relation to the 4th Donald Trump indictment, where he and 18 others, including his three lawyers, have been accused of fraud, racketeering, intimidation, and trying to overturn the results of the 2020 elections in Georgia.

The arrest of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been considered ironic for him, as he might be jailed in a RICO case. As a New York prosecutor, Giuliani became famous for using RICO charges against members of the Mafia. As he arrived in the Fulton County Jail, the disgraced former mayor was mobbed by reporters.

CNN pointed out that Giuliani was charged with 13 crimes. This includes racketeering, engaging in various criminal conspiracies, and soliciting a public officer in the state to violate their oath.

Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis Also in Big Trouble for Donald Trump Indictment in Georgia

Meanwhile, Sidney Powell, the "Kraken Lawyer" herself, is facing seven crimes, including racketeering, conspiracy to commit election fraud, conspiracy to commit computer theft. Jenna Ellis faces two state crimes: racketeering and soliciting a public officer to violate their oath.

Giuliani agreed to a $150,000 bond while Ellis and Powell each had $100,000 bonds. Aside from the three Trump attorneys. Kenneth Chesebro, the architect of the Trump campaign's fake electors plot, also turned himself in.

As for Donald Trump, he is expected to turn himself in on Thursday after agreeing to a $200,000 bond with conditions that he must not attack any of his co-defendants, the witnesses, or any court official. This includes him being barred from attacking them on social media. He is expected to leave Bedminster, New Jersey for Atlanta to turn himself in and then return to his New Jersey resort. Unlike his previous indictments, though, he will get his mug shot taken on this one.

Rudy Giuliani Cannot Pay His Bills and Now He Is Facing an Indictment Alongside Donald Trump

Rudy Giuliani hedged his bets on Donald Trump. However, the billionaire has been notorious for not paying his attorneys. This includes Rudy Giuliani himself, who may have committed crimes in his service for the former president but was still not paid for it.

While Donald Trump's supporters have been footing the former president's legal bills through super PACs, his former lawyers have still not been paid, and their bills are piling up. One of the former Trump attorneys struggling the most seems to be Rudy Giuliani, according to Vanity Fair.

Giuliani is now "staring down hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal bills and sanctions amid numerous lawsuits in addition to the new criminal charges-related to his work for Donald Trump after the 2020 election."

His attorney, Adam Katz, admitted that the former New York mayor has a lot of bills that "he's not paying" as a result of Trump not paying him. Despite this, he is still trying to get in Trump's good graces and blasted the charges against him.
