Windham Rotunda, better known to the public as Bray Wyatt, former WWE champion, has now passed away at 36. His death has left wrestling fans in shock and in mourning.

Bray Wyatt has been called one of the greatest minds in wrestling today, with his character work as "The Fiend" garnering much praise, even from non-wrestling fans. The Undertaker, considered the greatest character wrestler of all time, even passed the torch to the real-life Windham Rotunda during a segment.

His final appearance was at the Royal Rumble, where he defeated rising star LA Knight. He has since been criticized by many fans and so-called experts for not appearing on TV, though as it was recently revealed, Wyatt was actually suffering from a "career- and life-threatening illness."

According to IGN, his health had actually improved "significantly," with reports of him returning to the ring coming in as recently as this month. However, no cause of death has been released, so it is unknown if that illness was truly the cause.
