The official trailer for "Fast and Furious 7" was released Saturday and features the first looks at the franchise installment that still includes the late Paul Walker.

The past seven days on the "Fast and Furious" Facebook page were focused on promoting the trailer's premiere to its more than 54 million fans with other videos of the cast and throwback to previous movies in the series. At 12 p.m. Saturday, E! network held a special premiere broadcast of the trailer going live.

According to the movie's IMDB page, the latest plot in the "Fast and Furious" chapters states, "Ian Shaw seeks revenge against Dominic Toretto and his crew for the death of his brother."

Vin Diesel will reprise his role as Toretto with Walker playing Brian O'Conner for the last time. Jason Statham will play Shaw. The film will also feature Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Kurt Russell and Dwayne Johnson.

Walker was killed Nov. 30 last year when a Porshe he was riding in as a passenger crashed at high speeds. The accident occurred during a charity event for Walker's Reach Out Worldwide organization. He was 40 years old.

Just following the incident, his co-star Diesel shared a tribute to Walker on his Instagram.

"Brother I will miss you very much. I am absolutely speechless," he wrote. "Heaven has gained a new Angel. Rest in Peace."

To complete shots for the "Furious 7" picture, which is its new shorthand title, filmmakers included Walker's brothers Caleb and Cody to film scenes that their brother was unable to finish. Producers have said Walker's O'Conner character will bow out of the series rather than being killed in the film.

Due to Walker's death, the release of the film was pushed back from summer 2014 to its current premiere, April 3, 2015.
