For Alejandra Espinoza, going on "Sabado Gigante" to talk about her pregnancy was important.

According to Univsion, the beauty queen and former "Sabado Gigante" host used to to have to go to work alongside Don Francisco and hide her feelings of disappointment and depression at finding out that she wasn't pregnant, as there was a time she thought she might have been with child, but before it came time to record the show again, she would find out that she had miscarried.

Now, Espinoza is sharing her joy over her new pregancy.

"I always said that the day I become pregnant, I want to come to 'Sabado Gigante,'" Espinoza said. "Now with much pleasure, I am excited after having my baby in my belly for about five months."

It was an emotional night for Espinoza, as Don Francisco had Espinoza's family record messages for her. Her aunt, cousin, mom and dad all sent their well wishes. Espinoza's mom said that she was already making a list of things that would help the beauty queen become a better mother.

"I don't need a list," Espinoza said. "My mom gave me the best example."

Espinoza said her mother had 10 children.

The first "Nuestra Belleza Latina" winner also talked about finding out she was pregnantShe went to her doctor and told him that she was pregnant. When he asked if she had taken a test, she said she hadn't. Usually, Espinoza would take pregnancy tests all the time; if she felt a little pain, such as tender breasts, she would take a test because she thought she might be pregnant. This time around, she took the test after she went to the doctor.

"Before the doctor confirmed it, Don Francisco, I already knew it," she said. "I sensed it."

Espinoza's due date is supposed to be March 31, but she has a strong feeling that her baby is going to be born on March 27, her birthday.

Espinoza doesn't know if she is expecting a boy or girl. One week, she was told it would be a girl. The next week she was told it would be a boy.

So Don Fransico took it upon himself to guess what the sex of the baby would be. After touching Espinoza's belly, the "Sabado Gigante" host said that she would have a daughter.
