This has been an exciting weekend for video gamers all around the world. First it was the year-end Video Game Awards (VGAs), and on Saturday, it was the PlayStation Experience event that debuted more video game trailers for your Sony consoles.

Not only did some highly anticipated video games debut, such as Final Fantasy VII and Uncharted 4, but also gamers could get access to some free video games as well.

While the VGAs' saw more than 10 video game trailers, the PlayStation Experience event on Saturday doubled that.

For the sake of not getting an overload and causing your gaming system to crash, here are five highlights of the PlayStation Experience that will make it easier for video gamers.

1. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Trailer

This trailer was a treasure. During the event, the game showed off its real-time gameplay footage, and its Indiana Jones-style protagonist Nathan Drake. Drake is seen climbing around lush environments, while delivering one-liners to seemingly no one, according to The Verge. Then Drake comes face-to-face with looters, so he takes to sneaking, fighting and shooting to get out of the situation.

The game itself is rich in texture with landscapes and foliage. It is very realistic. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is created by Naughty Dog, and it is coming to PS4s in 2015, Polygon reported.

2. Well-Known Voice Actor Tied to Uncharted 4

The well known voice-over actor in video gaming is Troy Baker, who can be heard at the end of the Uncharted 4 trailer voicing Drake's little brother, Gamerant.com reported.

Baker even tweeted his excitement and involvement. Baker wrote, "'Good to see you're alive, little brother.' Yes, that was me. Damn proud."

Baker has been working with Naughty Dog for sometime now, and he has voiced some of the biggest characters in the business. He has worked on Shadow of Mordor and BioShock Infinite, just to name a few.

3. Electronics Arts Is Also Celebrating PlayStation's 20th Anniversary

As part of PlayStation's 20th anniversary celebration, EA is giving away free video game downloads to PlayStation users, The Dallas Morning News Pop Culture Blog reported. For this weekend only, three major EA releases can be downloaded for free from the PlayStation Network.

For PlayStation 3 users, cult classic Mirror's Edge is available. This is a first-person game that is heavy on style. PlayStation Vita users can download Need for Speed: Most Wanted. On the PS4, users can get Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare.

All three games are free to download on the PlayStation Network right now. They are free until 10 p.m. central time Sunday.

4. Final Fantasy VII for the PS4

The fourth highlight is no joke. It is Final Fantasy VII, and gaming company and developer Square Enix asserts that this is not a remake.

This game–available on PS4–will be available in Spring 2015 with a port of PC version of Final Fantasy VII. This means that the game will have a higher resolution, Gamepur.com reported. The game follows the story of Cloud Strife. The trailer shows magical battles and attacks.

5. Street Fighter V Will Be Exclusive to PS4

Street Fighter V, just as its predecessors has first and second players fighting against each other with usual stars Ken, Ryu and Chun-Li. But the gaming platform and resolution brings it up to date.

Sony has partnered with Capcom to bring the game and its capabilities forward. Players of Street Fighter V can now play the game with each other on PS4s and on PCs thanks to cross-platform play, IGN reported.

Sony's Adam Boyes said, "PS4 will be the only console this game ever appears on."

The Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono said, "It was clear, to match the passion of Street Fighter fans around the world, we need the combined strength of both Capcom and PlayStation."
