Kate Gosselin is dating 51-year-old millionaire businessman Jeff Prescott from Brentwood, Tennessee, reports E! News.

The divorced father of three is CEO and co-founder of Dreamstime, an online stockpiler and supplier of digital images for media outlets, ad agencies and other companies. The company is valued at roughly $30 million. He also runs Octagon Sports Nutrition.

The "Kate Plus 8" star's relationship with Prescott began in October. She has been spotted with him in New York City where she has been shooting the newest installment of "Celebrity Apprentice."

According to E! News, the new couple has been cautious to keep a low profile to evade the ever-present paparazzi.

Gosselin has been hesitant about allowing a man into her life since her divorce from Jon Gosselin in 2009. If she is looking for a children-centered man, she has found him. Prescott is the president of the Deaf Children's Foundation and the Nature's Youth Fit Kids Foundation. He is also director of Nature's Youth.

When asked by E! News in 2013 whether she expects to find a man to raise her children, the 39-year-old reality TV star said, "If someone is willing to do that, that could be the right person, but it's certainly not something I expect. It's a shocking life. You can talk, talk, talk and to walk in my door and actually try that on and wear it, gosh, that's going to have to be a brave person. I don't know. Maybe I don't believe that person exists."

In the same interview, Gosselin admitted her children miss having a father figure.

"They are the ones who are always saying, 'Mom, you need a husband. You need to get married.' It's hard to not be able to just make that happen, because I work my whole life to figure out what they want and need to make that happen, but when you can't just like have somebody appear, that's hard."
