Alejandra Espinoza was talking to Lili Estefan on "El Gordo y la Flaca" about her pregnancy, and the young star revealed she was disappointed that her due date was changed.

The segment, which aired on Jan. 6, started off with three men dressed as the three wise men for Dia de los Reyes. They brought Espinoza cake and other foods.

She then explained that she had gone to her doctor that very day.

Before sharing what she saw during her ultrasound, she said that her dad used to call her "trompudita" because of her big lips. The endearing nickname was a big difference from what her siblings chose to call her, which included crocodile and catfish mouth.

"Well, when I see my son, he's all mouth," she said. "He has a hell of a mouth, but he's gorgeous."

Espinoza was a bit disappointed when she said that her due date was moved up.

The "La Banda" host wanted her son to be born on her birthday, March 27, but now he will be born in the second week of March.

"They gave me a super scolding at the doctor today," she said. "They told me I couldn't fly, that I had to stay here."

Espinoza was supposed to fly out to Los Angeles on Wednesday for school, but she had to cancel. The model said she has thrombosis, and her doctor wanted to avoid any problems from coming, so it's why her due date was moved up.

Espinoza said that her son would be called Mateo, or Mateito as a nickname.

On Nov. 13, Espinoza announced that she was pregnant via Instagram.

Almost a year before her due date, she opened up about having miscarried three times. Her third miscarriage happened when she was three months pregnant.
