Ariadne Diaz is known for starring in "La Mujer de Vendaval" and "La Malquerida," but soon Hollywood may also hear of the star.

Diaz opened up to "Hoy" and talked about possibly starring in a movie in Hollywood.

"Well, the movie is still in the talking stages," she said. "We're still looking at dates. They are waiting for many people to confirm. In the meantime, I'm going to Los Angeles, like I said from the beginning, to study."

It seems Diaz has been preparing for a role in Hollywood for quite some time as the actress works on her English when she gets to California.

"Every year I go to get rid of my accent," Diaz said.

Although she loves her career, Diaz admits that she would like to get a chance in the United States.

"At the end of the day, there's so many things I want to try, and I don't want to be left with that desire," she explained. "As an actress, and like all human beings, we have dreams."

Diaz added that when opportunity knocks, you have to take it.

The actress also talked about being happy with her single life. She dated Jose Ron last but has now been single for about a year and a half.

"We don't want boyfriends," she said. "When I have a boyfriend, I'll let you know. Right now, I don't want a boyfriend."

Diez previously opened up about her most intense scenes as an actress, which she said happened alongside ex-boyfriend Ron.

"The most intense scenes I have done in my life I did with Jose, and it was because of the trust that existed between us," she said on "Hola Familia," according to TV y Novelas. "With that trust and affection you can accomplish things that are unlike what would have happened with another actor."
